The 2010 session of the Vermont General Assembly convenes at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the Statehouse. The budget, revenues, expenditures, jobs, health care, property taxes, energy and the economy will be on the agenda. Decisions made under the Golden Dome impact our pocketbooks and our lives.
