When members of
nonprofit organizations struggle with their strategic planning process or your plan does not stop being useful at all, rarely is because their planning process did not include the state of the art techniques in the field of facilitation or the latest models in strategic planning. Rather, it is because the process 1) does not fully meet the nature and needs of the nonprofit organization and 2) did not thoroughly address all of the most critical, “core” aspects of strategic planning.

My eldest daughter has struggled with her weight for years, recently lost 45 pounds. She watches her diet, it runs several times a week (she is superior to me – a corridor or over 30 years – in that department!) And it looks and feels amazing.The other day I suggested that his experience will serve as the main fodder for a book, even an e-book to help others struggling with their weight.
